Colossus (Piotr Rasputin Nikolaievitch) is a fictional character of Marvel Comics superhero. Created by writer Len Wein and illustrator Dave Cockrum. He first appeared in Giant-Size X-Men # 1 (May 1975). A mutant from Russia, the character of the X-Men and so far physically, he was a member of the strongest X-Man.
