Robocop

RobocopIn the near future, the city of Detroit, Michigan is on the verge of collapse because of financial ruin and crime rampant. The mega corporation Omni Consumer Products enters into a contract with the city to run the police. OCP plans to destroy the "Old Detroit" and replace it with the utopia of "Delta City". Recognizing that law enforcement is not enough to stop a crime spree, OCP operates several programs to find the robotic replacements. A program, the ED-209 enforcement droid, led by Senior President Dick Jones (Ronny Cox), malfunctions and kills an executive in the course of his demonstration. As a result, the president of OCP (Dan O'Herlihy) opts for a program cyborg helmed by young executive Bob Morton (Miguel Ferrer), called "Robocop." Jones is furious with Morton to go over his head. 
The program requires a recently deceased Robocop "candidate" for the conversion, to get one, OCP reorganized the police in crime-ridden Metro West area will die waiting for an officer on duty and become a candidate. A veteran officer as Alexander James Murphy (Peter Weller), who is partnered with Anne Lewis (Nancy Allen). On their first patrol, which follow a team of criminals led by Clarence Boddicker boss (Kurtwood Smith) to an abandoned steel mill. Murphy and Lewis separated. Lewis is a state of unconsciousness followed by one of the gang, while the rest of Boddicker angle Murphy and sadistically mutilates men with shotguns Boddicker the first run with a gunshot wound to the head.Lewis, unarmed and unable to help, witnesses the murder in horror.Murphy was pronounced dead in hospital, but OCP takes his body and uses it to create the first Robocop.

Professor Charles Francis Xavier, also known as Professor X, is a fictional character, a Marvel Comics superhero known as the leader and founder of the X-Men.

Xavier’s goals are to promote the peaceful affirmation of mutant rights, to mediate the co-existence of mutants and humans, to protect mutants from militant humans and to protect society from antagonistic mutants, including his old friend, the militant Magneto. To achieve these aims, he founded Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters (later named the Xavier Institute) to teach mutants to explore and control their powers.
